We review your application and contact you by phone or email to discuss your requirement and confirm the pricing basis.
Once you have had that call or reply, you must write to the ME Global sales team at nick@meglobaltrading.com, addressed to Nick. That letter is your official request, and must confirm your requirement, that you are authorised to represent your company, that you accept the pricing arrangements, and that you consent to verification checks.
On receipt of that written confirmation we approach our suppliers on your behalf and come back to you with a firm offer.
Please note. We do not approach a supplier until we hold your written request confirming the pricing basis, your authority to represent the company, and your consent to verification. The price is built from the exchange settlement or published assessment, plus the regional premium, product upcharge and logistics, plus our commission — all disclosed to you in writing. That basis is not open to renegotiation once a supplier has been approached on your behalf.
